OK, well, I have a question for all the "connected" Lebo folks out there - why were the cops handing out warning notices to people whose stairs and walkways were mostly shoveled yesterday (12/20)? My walkway wasn't perfect, but it was better than some in my neighborhood. I was stunned to get a notice. So stunned that I called the police to request clarification on "how clean does it need to be?" Within a few minutes, an office stopped by, and he seemed as stymied as I was about the notice.
Don't our officers have better things to do with their time than give notices to people whose walks are mostly shoveled?

Charlie, I've lived here for 12 years on a major street and never got a notice before.
If you ever walk on Highland (the little street between Washington and Florida) almost no one ever shovels there...
