The Pittsburgh Tribune-Review has some "not so nice" things to say about Mt. Lebanon Magazine and the TIF issue for Washington Park in the latest edition of "Laurels and Lances", a section of their paper for editorials.

Zamagias Properties has yet to make a colorable argument for Tax Increment Financing. But who would know?
The few specifics disclosed by Zamagias are described as preliminary and/or incomplete. But who would know?
There are more unanswered questions than pages in the Magazine. But who would know?
