The Post-Gazette put together a list of the towns in the south hills and who has/has not raised property taxes as part of their latest budgets. Interestingly, Mt. Lebanon and West Elizabeth are lumped together as the only towns that raised their taxes.

This is a remotely related question...we know how Lebo compares now to other municipalities from the article. Is the school board stilling sending representatives to property assessment appeal hearings? Is any other surrounding area doing this, i.e. USC, Bethel, CV, So. Fayette, JeffersonHills, KO? I would also wonder what the cost to the district is in having a rep there?
