Municipal review?
If anything, the Municipality is sending its rubber stamp out for fresh ink in anticipation of granting final land-use approvals on September 24.
Well let's hope copper downspouts aren't used. Based on the recent police blotter, there is likely an increase in drug activity. Ripping copper fixtures off is a tell tale sign of an area having a drug problem ....perhaps sections of Leboland are headed to being blighted???
Curious if anyone has the inside scoop about what is going on here. It would seem to me that if there was a change HH could sell this many units at $400k to $1m, it would be pretty hard to take that away from them....IF there was true demand.
Was HH getting worried because presales were going badly?
I guess Sept 10th is the next date to pay attention to.

Don't really know what happened here. But HH was jazzed up enough about the project for Mr. Hanna to personally speak in support of the project before the MTLSD School Board. Maybe time has brought the project into better focus - - - - or possibly lessened the focus.
