Do you rent from Bernardo Katz? Have you been wondering why your phone calls haven't been returned? Here's your answer -- he has moved to Brazil! I know a few Blog-Lebo readers currently rent from him or have rented from him in the past, so now you know why you haven't heard back from him!

Guess the Katz out of the bag. Ha.
Mt. Lebanon Properties were successful inspite of Katz, not because of him. This building is falling in around us. Sure the storfronts look nice, but, oy, if you could see the rest of it! Yikes!
If anyone knows of some property for sale in Mt. Lebanon to move the gallery, that isn't $3 million, let us know.
According to Allegheny County, it would appear that Katz is delinquent on the payment of his 2007 property taxes for at least one of his commercial properties in Lebo. Does anyone know if he has listed any of these properties for sale?
