Have you seen a bus of people driving through town looking at houses? If so, you saw Coldwell Banker's bus that's touring foreclosed homes in the area.

Initial gut reaction: "ugh"
But do we want the houses to sit empty? If someone buys, fixes up and then sells (hopefully in a better market) then that can only be good.
Still find the bus idea distasteful but can't put my finger on why. I'm picturing a family that lost their house and one of those Just Ducky type tourist things pulling up with smiling laughing people just waiting to move in and get a bargain on what remains of someone else's misfortune. A bit mellow dramatic, I know, but that's the image my mind stirred up.
