Just found this blog via my "Mt. Lebanon" Google Alert. According to their "About" page, the purpose of the blog is "...to be the best portal for real estate information and musings about anything affecting home buying and selling in Pittsburgh and the surrounding communities." They have a Mt. Lebanon category and recent postings have dealt with economic development and real estate sales per month (with comparisons of list price and actual selling price).
