How Lebo Voted For President
According to the Allegheny County web site, Mt. Lebanon as a whole voted for Barack Obama. School board member James Fraasch has taken the time once again to break down the votes by ward and by district.

Nice to see Obama take all five wards.
I looked at the numbers for USC. I thought it was intersting that Obama didn't win a single district there, let alone an entire ward. And most districts weren't even close - going 65%/35% in favor of McCain. So I guess in some respects, USC is the new Mt. Lebanon.
Turnout was very high throughout Mt Lebanon's 5 wards, with only a few precincts failing to turn out at least 70% of registered voters, amd some precincts having 80% turnout. That is outstanding.
Didn't Obama get 40% of the vote in USC? I personally delivered Obama yard signs to Republican colleagues of mine who live in USC. One of them told me it led to a few of their neighbors putting out Obama signs. I am sure it led to others putting out McCain signs as well.
