$80,000 for parking meters! I would love to see the ROI table for that! The table must take into account those that keep driving by rather than feed a meter.I though the trend was towards NO meters for shoppers to encourage biz (Palo alto CA) . 80K plus upkeep is a lot of dimes & quarters!
