Hail in March

Nickel-sized hailstone from a brief March shower
At about 4:30 this afternoon, my home and garden were pelted with hail during a brief but intense shower. It doesn’t look like anything was damaged, but some of the stones were nickel sized (see photo).

Anybody else get hit with hail?

Was driving my son to the airport at 3:45 and got pelted but good. Hail and heavy rain. As of now his flight to NYC is delayed 1 hour.

I was on the T when we were hit with hail. The doors opened at the Dormont station and the hailstones were bouncing into the car!

Pretty nasty stuff.
