Still in denial that deer are out of control -- it says it "has an active deer population" -- the South Hills community is offering tips on how to best hit those deer while driving: Don't slam on the brakes; just run 'em over. We kid you not. Instead of telling you how to more safely bag a buck with your Beemer and fell a fawn with your Ferrari, Mt. Lebanon officials should be culling the herd.
