The Almanac: Mt. Lebanon professor pens book

Dr. Steve Hallock, a Mt. Lebanon resident and Point Park University School of Communication Director, has written a book that provides a comprehensive overview of conflicts from the Korean War to U.S. operations in Libya and outlines how newspapers have set the stage for U.S. military intervention.

"The mainstream press needs to realize how important the decision to go to war is and question it," said Hallock.
