An elderly woman in Mount Lebanon was arrested on Tuesday and charged with kicking a police officer. Police said a neighbor of Betty Morris' called police after learning an older male living next door needed medical attention.
Paramedics responded to the call from the home on Williamsburg Road, but Morris would not let them into the residence , police said.
