Joe, thanks for that link.
There are a ton of great ideas in that document. Please be sure to check out not only the presentation but the summary matrix as well where there are some thoughts of the CAC and MDT regarding the ideas.

Often their is discussion of no communication between the MDT and the CAC; shame on the MDT.
Notice the plentiful use of the word, "I" in the MDT Comments portion of the Document.
Did more than one member of the MDT comment here or is the MDT commentary just the opinion of one (!) person?
