P-G: Police look for teen struck in Mt. Lebanon hit-and-run

Mt. Lebanon police are asking the public to help them find a teenage girl who was hit by a car today and walked away from the scene of the crash.

Police said they want to make sure the girl did not suffer from serious injuries.

Police received a call at about 3:40 p.m. today for a report that a red Ford Escort LX struck a teenage girl at the intersection of Washington and Bower Hill roads, causing the girl to roll onto the hood of the car before falling to the ground.

Vehicle Crashes Into Mt. Lebo Lawn, Sends 1 To Hospital

A woman was rushed to the hospital after her car crashed into a front lawn in Mount Lebanon.

The crash happened on Gilkeson Road at Painters Run Road at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday. Police said the driver took out the home's retaining wall.

Woman Pushing Double Stroller Hit By SUV In Mt. Lebanon

A 36-year-old woman is in surgery for a "severe head injury" after she was struck by an SUV while running with a double jogging stroller in Mt. Lebanon, police said.

Witnesses told police that a black 2003 Toyota 4Runner was turning right from Beadling Road onto Washington Road at about 12:15 p.m. today but failed to stop at the stop sign and struck a woman as she crossed Beadling Road, Lt. Aaron Lauth of the Mt. Lebanon police department said.
